Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Smile Makeover Package valued at approximately $15,000. This package may include dental implants, crowns, veneers, or other dental treatments, as determined by the dentist based on the winner’s individual needs. The exact treatments will be at the sole discretion of the dental provider after a professional evaluation.

Winner Selection & Notification
